![]() ![]() They tricked the school into believing it was a project on History, but challenged them to throw in some SciFi stuff. I think the producers were busy with wrapping up the first half, while looking into the American Horror Story series' first season, so they outsourced this 2nd half to some sixth graders in New Mexico. ![]() I can set aside the overly sexualized overtones - I mean I guess it was pretty realistic since the were younger kids - but it all just seemed so forced. The second half was absolutely awful! The flashbacks to the 50s,60s,70s were pretty cool, but the present day stuff was not good. This one really had potential, but I think they screwed us all by trying to squeeze it into five episodes. I can imagine the producer saying, "well, this is a great start, but we don't have enough for 10 episodes, so let's cut it to 5!" One of the writers probably said, "but we're on episode 5 now, how can we just end it?" Then, then just threw in a poorly thought-out ending and it was over. ![]() It was really good at first, but it seems like they rushed the ending. I really wish we could rate each 1/2, but since we cannot, I have to give this season two stars. ![]()
